Several months ago I found a recipe on line for this beautiful cake and decided to give it a try. Chocolate, strawberry and a coconut filling…it had to be good! Well, it turned out looking pretty beautiful. I wish I could say the same for how it tasted. It was edible, but disappointing…that’s my best description for this beautiful looking dessert. Oh well, I won’t be posting this recipe.
