Dana’s Baby Shower

A Baby Shower for Dana (and Ryan)

After weeks of planning, hours of making tissue paper flowers, brainstorming ideas for their gift registry, cooking, baking and baking SOME MORE… Barb and I, along with lots of family and friends, enjoyed an afternoon eating lunch and watching the “expectant parents” open piles of beautiful and useful baby gifts. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!IMG_0095blog

IMG_0029blogThe shower was held in Quakertown at a beautifully restored old train station…the perfect place for a party. I thought our decorations looked pretty nice, too! Hot pink and green…sprinkling can centerpieces, tissue paper flowers and pink and green kettle corn favors. So pretty!

And…of course, lots of sweets!

We did have a lot of fun, didn’t we? And yes, the best is yet to come…wait until you hold her and smell her for the first time. All of your wonderful memories of when your boys were born come flooding back! Such an exciting time!
